ADVERTISING SALES EXECUTIVE
Wijeya Newspapers Limited, the renowned publisher of over 18 daily, weekly, and monthly publications, including newspapers with the highest circulation in the country, has vastly expanded its business operations since its inception. We established a state-of-the-art factory in Hokandara, a cable television channel, the REACH transport service, and digital services. As a result, we are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following position.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Applications are invited for the post of Advertising Sales Executive of our company from those who possess the following qualifications & requirements.
- A degree from a recognized university/professional qualifications in marketing from CIM/SLIM or any recognized institution with previous experience in the relevant field.
- Both Male and Females candidates are encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Fluency in verbal and written English, Sinhala & Tamil language will be an added advantage
- Experience in Media/Advertising/Media Sales/Insurance/Leasing will be preferred
- Ability to meet customers & advertising agencies
- Sound knowledge of computer and smart devices
- Fast learners and passion for sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and self-motivational skills
- Valid Bike license for males
- School Leavers and Fresh Graduates can apply for the position of Trainee Advertising Sales Executive
- Below 35 years
The selected candidates will be required to work closely with the strategic business development team, provide advertising support to the office of the COO. We want a dynamic and active candidate to fill this vacancy, and they are required to manage the entire work related to advertising. The ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude is an advantage.
