Future Life Investments Limited (FLI) is a microfinance company that maintains a win-win culture. FLI witnessed the beginning of Future Life Investment in 2016, with a single place of operation in Gampaha., the micro-finance operation has grown into 51 locations, 100,000 clientele covering the all most all the districts in the country within 7 years. Even though microfinancing is the core business of the company, FLI has commenced implementing its diversification strategy to explore new dimensions to achieve its sole purpose; "Enrich Lives through mutually beneficial and respectful relationships".
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to develop and refine our strategic planning framework, aligning it with our long-term objectives and market trends
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key strategic initiatives, evaluate potential risks, and seize opportunities for growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to gain insights and make data-driven decisions
- Assist for the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation
- Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and fostering an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Should possess a degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or any other related field
- Proficiency in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify patterns, and develop strategic insight
- Clear and influential communication of ideas
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Guiding the planning process and inspiring teams
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding industry trends and competitive landscape
