Head Chef
- Burger Bambalapitiya Restaurant & Rajagiriya Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Age Between 30 - 50 Years.
- Qualification in any reputed culinary institute or prior experience in similar position.
- Experience in Kitchen Management, Supervision and Ingredient Ordering.
- Maintain the Food Hygiene & Hygienic protocols in the kitchen.
- Planning Menus and Creating new recipes. Ability to train and Supervise the kitchen staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours while delivering excellent results.
- A good leader and a team player.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management.
- Strong management skills and able to work with a young dynamic team.
- Sound knowledge and experience in purchasing and costing.
- Good knowledge in English speaking.
