Junior Executive - Human Resources (Head Office)
Berendina is a group of companies consisting of Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) the first licensed microfinance company regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, under the Microfinance Act No 06 of 2016 and Berendina Development Services (Gte) Limited (BDS) a leading development organization committed towards alleviating poverty among vulnerable and marginalized communities of rural and plantation areas in Sri Lanka. Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 42 branch offices.
Job Role
- We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with sound knowledge and exposure in HR field to handle and manage HR operations for the Berendina Group. The prospective candidate will be responsible for HR operational functions of the group entailing process of talent acquisition, HRIS system maintenance, HR services and other day-to-day HR functions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or any other Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from recognized institute.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the Human Resources field.
- Fluent communication skills in Sinhala and English. Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- A good team player with "can-do" attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.
