We are CIDA C2 Construction Company with ISO 9001:2015 & OHSAS 45001:2018 certifications. We are looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated personnel for the following position.
Candidate Profile
- QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- NCT Quantity Surveying diploma or equivalent with over 05 years of experience.
- Should be able to take off quantities, Prepare Interim bills and variations, Communicate & negotiate with subcontractors.
- Overlook the day-to-day site progress and review with relevant parties.
- Liaise with Consultant, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers involved in projects.
- Should be Prepare a daily report of the work done and monthly report of the Productivity by all skilled and semi-skilled labors at site.
- Competent in MS Office packages and Auto CAD.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residing close proximity to Digana, Kandy, will be an added advantage.
