Currently, we have a job opening at our Puttalam District farm and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.
Production Officer – Compost Project
- Requirements:
• Successfully completed Agriculture, Environmental Science, Horticulture or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant environment.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Sinhala & computer literate.
• A self-motivated individual who can work methodically with strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities:
• Overlook compost process and ensure given production targets and quality parameters are met.
• Directly report to the Farm Manager.
• Manage raw material and finished good stocks and sales of finished goods.
• Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations within the compost project plant.
- Skills:
• Understanding of production process, quality control and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the relevant targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
