As our business expands, we seek out dynamic and skilled individuals to join us as "Account Officer/Account Executive". This role is crucial for managing our overall finance Department and daily operation of the company.

The Job
- Prepare financial accounts for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage banking operations, ensuring timely coordination with banks.
- Generate receipts based on cheque or cash collections and perform weekly receipting progress analysis.
- Handle the sales return/credit note process.
- Systematically manage the company's debtor portfolio.
- Ensure accuracy of stock balances in main and sub warehouses through regular stock reconciliation.
- Process daily journal entries, including banking and accounting journals.
- Manage finance-related documents and present financial and debtor analytics to management.
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to drive operational efficiencies.
The Person
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a professional qualification in AAT/CA/CIMA.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- 1-2 years of experience in a trading or manufacturing company, with hands-on experience in a computerized accounting system, preferably Busy system. Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Good communication skills.
- Age below 30 years.
