What we're looking for:

Relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to successfully manage and deliver in all customer service deliverables.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
A qualification from a recognized university is an added advantage.
Should be able to work the UK Business Hours.

(Summer: 13.30-22.00 / Winter: 14.00 - 22.30)
