We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following positions:
Credit Controller / Credit Control Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage and maintain accurate customer credit profiles
- Monitor outstanding balances and initiate timely follow-up with team members
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop strategies to reduce credit risk and enhance collection efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on credit and collection activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity
- Experience managing credit operations (Credit control, debit collection, collection processing, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional qualification in finance will be an added advantage
