You will be a dynamic, essential, and experienced role in an esteemed and exciting project, responsible for facilitating and guiding the Scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum methodology for development. You will ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, remove obstacles, promote collaboration, and help the team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity. You will serve as a coach, mentor, and leader, working closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owner, and Development Team to deliver high-value deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation and Leadership:
    • Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Support and Coaching:
    • Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
    • Influence habit changes that increase team performance at a sustainable pace.
  • Impediment Removal:
    • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
    • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Track project processes and deliverables.
  • Shield the team from distractions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master including recent experience within software development environments working with international clients.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.

→ Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework and related practices (Kanban, Lean).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

→ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
