We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced BRANCH MANAGERS to lead our branch network.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the Branch Manager, in the automobile field, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. If you have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in management, we want to hear from you.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automobile industry, with 5 years in a managerial role, and Minimum 3 years Marketing & Sales experiences
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of automobile products and industry trends. Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
