CHAMARA MOTORS AND STICKER, THE LARGEST AUTOMOBILE COMPANY, REQUIRES A DYNAMIC, RESULT-ORIENTED, AND SELF-MOTIVATED EXPERIENCED PERSON TO JOIN OUR COMPANY AS A STORE KEEPER FOR ALL BRANCHES.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper (experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage)
- Degree in Business Management or relevant field preferred
- Very good interpersonal and leadership skills and should be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management: Supervise and manage the organization's inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods or materials
- Stock Control: Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, monitor stock movements, and avoid overstocking or stock outs
- Procurement and Purchase Orders: Coordinate with procurement teams or departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders for required items
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the inspection of incoming goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Storage and Organization: Ensure the proper organization and arrangement of goods in the storage area for easy access and efficient space utilization
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant documents related to the stores department
