Customer Experience Executive

Job Profile:
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring welcoming, and remains tidy and well-equipped.
- Professionally handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Keep the Front Office, Culinary Lab, and Showroom presentable at all times.
- Provide information and assist showroom guests promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to promote showroom offerings.
- Address questions, concerns, and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Ensure all guests receive high-quality service and have a memorable experience.
Requirements:
- Full or part qualification in hospitality or any other related field or management.
- 1-2 years of customer service or front office experience in the hospitality or culinary industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal, and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, remain calm under pressure and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work under various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
