We are in the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our Engineering team! Senior Executive/Deputy Manager-Utility (Kelaniya plant)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Breakdown maintenance & correction throughout the plant.
- Handling of PM, AM, Predictive maintenance, Major overhaul & improvement activities on Utility & other machineries.
- Maintain records such as breakdown, PM, History cards & spare parts and prepare reports for meetings.
- Maintain all Utility parameters as required.
- Machine abnormality identification, Kaizen implementation, hazard points identification & correction. Maintaining Employee sanitary water requirement systems & washroom requirements.
- Inventories maintain of utility machine's spares.
- Maintaining shopfloor as per 5S standards.
- Opex and Capex projects execution.
- Maintaining all types of Engineering & Utility related documentation.
- Prepare and present utility data analysis in meetings.
- Continues improvement of the production process complying to ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 standards.
Requirements
- NDT qualifications specialized in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Manufacturing Industry in Utility Machines such as Boilers (Biomass & FO), Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Hot Water Systems & etc. Work Experience related to Rubber Industry would be preferred.
- Having a Class-1 Boiler License is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office & SAP knowledge is essential.
- Should be below 35 years.
