Responsibilities

  • Team Lead - Registration
  • Provide exceptional service to driver partners, addressing their daily concerns, and offering effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Develop and implement driver retention plans through clear and effective communication of company benefits and incentives
  • Respond promptly to the individual needs of driver partners offering personalized support to enhance their experience with the company
  • Organize and deliver comprehensive training programs for the district supply base, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the platform and its operations.
  • Lead and guide district agents and freelancer teams to achieve their daily targets and milestones, providing mentorship and support as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the online team to balance supply and demand dynamics, ensuring efficient operations within the districts
  • Contribute to the development of a district business plan by actively enhancing the supply and demand ecosystem and identifying growth opportunities
  • Manage and actively participate in the activation programs within the district, driving driver registrations and engagement
  • Work as an integral member of the team, actively supporting and contributing to the achievement of district-set targets and goals

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Transport and Logistics Management or related area
  • O/L and A/L qualifications are required
  • A minimum of one year of work experience is preferred in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills like people management and conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceptional customer support
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the role
