Project Coordinator/ Resident Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator/ Resident Engineer to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate should posses substantial experience in overseeing and completing multi storey commercial projects. The role demands a thorough understanding of multi storey project management from piling to completion.
Requirements:
- Onsite experience specifically in multi storey projects.
- B.Sc(Eng) Civil or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi storey projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, techniques for multi storey buildings from excavation, piling to completion.
