EXTRACTING GOODNESS
Ethical Extracts Pvt. Ltd, an export-oriented tea and coffee extraction company located in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka, is looking for an energetic team player to join the operations team as a machine operator.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines to start a production cycle (calibration, pre-cleaning, etc.)
- Constant monitoring of the working machines
- Maintaining the check sheets and documents related to production
- Carry out raw material processing for the production (pulverizing, sieving, mixing, etc.)
- Feeding raw material to semi-automated machines
- Removing discarded waste from production
- Carry out internal and external cleaning of the machines
- Carry out cleaning of the production, storage, and lab areas
- Support maintenance staff to carry out services and maintenance whenever needed
- Support storage and logistic related work (loading and unloading raw materials, packaging for shipments, stock taking, etc.)
Qualifications
- GCE A/L qualifications in technology, mathematics, or science stream
- Age below 35 years
- Ability to work long hours and flexibility to work on a shift basis
