We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized team players to join our team for the following position:
DESIGNER/JUNIOR DESIGNER
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- BSc degree in interior designing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Work experience in Interior spacing (kitchen cabinetry) will be an added advantage
- Expertise in layout, selection custom kitchen cabinetry, and all installations
- Proficiency in Auto Cad/Illustration/Sketch up/3D max or similar design software essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate the artistic vision to clients
- Prior experience in project management
- Good team player
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and compile contract documents based on the client's needs
- Coordinate and meet with clients to carry out progress reviews on projects
- Take accurate measurements for developing kitchen plans and elevations
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections for clients
- Set costs and work according to project budgets
- Coordinate with the Installation manager/Team to ensure that installations are done on time
- Coordinate with principals/suppliers and ensure that products are delivered on time
- Manage and execute projects with expected delivery standards and high standards of quality at agreed budgets
- Research and follow industrial changes, evolutions, and best practices
- Ensure new concepts and ideas are converted to designs by understanding the vision and strategy
