Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity with 8 years experience in property/facilities management in a reputed organization
  • Prior exposure to facility management in a warehousing environment would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in the English language
  • Computer Literacy with hands-on experience in MS Office 365
  • Young and energetic individuals with the ability to perform under minimum supervision

Assistant Manager Property Management

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Manage all in-house maintenance activities and ensure all outsourced facilities management services are delivered in line with the agreed terms & budgets
  • Ensure facility operations adhere to health & safety standards
  • Monitor the service level agreements between the organization and the suppliers
  • Submission of plans to local authorities and arrange building inspections
  • Space planning and oversee construction projects, renovations & refurbishments whilst handling tenders for such projects
