Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity with 8 years experience in property/facilities management in a reputed organization
- Prior exposure to facility management in a warehousing environment would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in the English language
- Computer Literacy with hands-on experience in MS Office 365
- Young and energetic individuals with the ability to perform under minimum supervision
Assistant Manager Property Management
Scope & Responsibilities
- Manage all in-house maintenance activities and ensure all outsourced facilities management services are delivered in line with the agreed terms & budgets
- Ensure facility operations adhere to health & safety standards
- Monitor the service level agreements between the organization and the suppliers
- Submission of plans to local authorities and arrange building inspections
- Space planning and oversee construction projects, renovations & refurbishments whilst handling tenders for such projects
