MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team who has knowledge on batik and fashion industry. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and community engagement to promote our unique Batik collections.
The Job Profile
- Developing the business, looking at other business opportunities, new leads to increase sales and identify new customers.
- Create and manage digital content for social media platforms, website, and both online and physical advertisements and campaigns.
- Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners and Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Plan and execute marketing events such as fashion shows, pop-up shops, and brand collaborations.
- Promote the brand's commitment to sustainability and share stories about the artisans and the traditional techniques involved in creating Batik fashion.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and handling customer feedbacks and complains.
Candidate's Profile
- Diploma/Degree or relevant professional qualification.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in apparel/fashion industry.
- Age below 30
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication skills in Tamil, Sinhala & English will be preferred.
- Knowledge on Batik Industry will be an added advantage.
