Requirements:
- Furniture Quantity Surveyor
- White Walk (PVT) LTD
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets furniture projects.
- Develop tender and contract documents.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate with suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and costs.
- Preparing Bills Of Quantities (BOQ) by means of coordinating with all related.
Experience: Minimum 4 year Experience in Furniture Quantity Surveying
Having a Driving License would be an added advantage.
