We have the following immediate vacancy:
SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER (PROJECT BASED)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Finance in preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasts, support with provision of information to internal/external auditors and support implement any recommendation by the auditors
- Provide support on accounting transactions and adjustments (accruals, deferrals and provisions) including on time release of payment requests, handling of grants to facilitate project activities.
- Maintain financial records and documents as per corporate policy and internal audit requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing SAP reports and ensuring accurate data on SAP. Be vigilant and take proactive actions to prevent financial risks in transactions.
- Handle Petty cash float
Candidate Requirement:
- Accounting/Finance graduate and/or part qualified with a professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA)
- 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management
- Experience of working with ERP systems
- Experience of preparing and analyzing financial reports
