FACILITY EXECUTIVE
- Full or Part qualification in Facility management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Very good working knowledge in House keeping and overall Maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing repairs and A/C installation with Building Maintenance etc).
- Ability to lead the teams of Housekeeping, Maintenance and achieve the organizational goals.
- Ability to negotiate with outside suppliers and entering into service and supply agreements.
