We use the latest innovative technology, namely, Augmented Reality and Mobile Applications as well as Progressive Web Applications (Combining web and app) and Azure to support our customers that are mainly in Healthcare and Human Resources.

Senior/Software Support Engineer
Key responsibilities
- Actively promote first class customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service.
- Work closely and be the liaison between support and the development/QA/DevOps teams.
- Keep the knowledge of customer environment up to date on an ongoing basis (releases, product developments).
- Effectively troubleshoot bugs, issues and communicate with all team members to efficiently deal with challenging situations.
- Applying quick fixes when possible and investigating possible root causes.
- Identifying and communicating with the relevant Development team to assist and/or plan for long-term fixes.
- Availability for on-call and off-hours support as and when it is required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a technical support role preferably working directly with foreign clients.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Excellent technical & client communication skills in both verbal and written in English.
- Adaptable and flexible to business demands.
- A strong focus on Quality and User Experience.
- Prior experience/knowledge in the Pharma industry will be a definite advantage.
Tech-stack
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and application support in general.
- Knowledge in managing service management tools.
- Familiarity in Azure technology, cloud application development tools and platforms (Service Bus, Storages, Scheduler, web apps and cloud services etc)
- Familiarity in continuous integration, continuous deployment using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience on web application deployment, optimization and troubleshooting
- Experience in latest additions of .Net frameworks and IDE's
- Knowledge with HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJs etc.
- Experience and knowledge on following.
- MSSQL database design and development, optimization and troubleshooting.
- OOA & ODD (Solid).
- Architectural frameworks such as MVC (Razor), MVVM, MVP, MVC 5, EF.
- REST, WCF, Web Service, Web API etc.
