ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a background in technology or consulting. This role is ideal for someone with a methodical approach to problem solving and experience with business systems. You will work closely with a diverse team and communicate effectively in English.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Systematic Problem Solving: Ability to tackle issues methodically.

  • Business Systems Experience: A few years in a support role with business systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of computer setups (servers, cloud, web apps).
  • Team Collaboration: Work well with developers, designers, product managers, and support engineers.
  • Communication: Proficient in reporting bugs and communicating both in writing and verbally.
  • Attitude: Humble, respectful, and quality-focused.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience as a programmer, IT consultant, or technical tester.
  • Customer Interaction: Experience in B2B or B2C environments.

  • Independent & Teamwork: Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
  • IT Systems Understanding: Insight into how application setup and configuration affect functionality.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Fluency in English is essential for communication and collaboration in our international team.
