LIFE WELL BEING
- Reports to Senior Manager - HR.
- Creates, Plans and Executes Employee Engagement & well-being Strategies and Programs across the Company to enhance employee engagement & well-being.
- Prepares the annual engagement & well-being activity calendar & budget and maintains records.
- Evaluates effectiveness of engagement & well-being activities and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Designs & develops data driven Employee Engagement, well-being, Safety & Compliance dash boards to support decision making.
- Supports Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) initiatives of the company.
- Conducts reviews at appropriate frequencies to assess compliance status against regulations and internal policies & procedures. Reviews and implements new compliance procedures.
Personal Profile
- A bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent.
- A related Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- A team player with Excellent Leadership and communication Skills.
- Passion towards Capability Building and People Development.
