Key Responsibilities

  • Executive - Customer Care

Providing exceptional customer care service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. Coordinating and directing inquiries to relevant departments or individuals as per customer requirements. Managing total telephone operations, including answering incoming calls and making outbound calls as necessary. Handling local and international courier packages, overseeing payments, and ensuring timely delivery. Generating purchase orders for all marketing-related activities in coordination with the marketing department. Receiving, sorting, and distributing all incoming letters and faxes. Managing and executing special projects assigned by management. Arranging meetings with third parties when necessary. Maintaining and updating documents and databases accurately and in a timely manner. Providing support and coordination with the marketing department on customer promotions and managing associated web applications. Coordinating with the Sales team and managing back-office tasks:

  • Preparation of sales quotations upon request.
  • Collection of monthly field expenses from the Sales team and submission to management.
  • Maintenance of all sales-related agreements and files.

Skills and Experience Required

Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field. Minimum 1-2-years experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office Applications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
