Roles and Responsibilities
- Auditing the work of Operational executives to ensure the highest standards of services are delivered.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client specific practice instructions are followed, reporting any gaps identified with recommendations for improvement.
- Actively participate in quality and training huddles and feedback sessions.
Key Requirements
- Ability to work according to US times and calendar.
- Excellent command in English, both written and spoken.
- Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in BPO sector.
- RCM (Revenue cycle management) experience preferred.
