Job Description:
- Managing the branch network in the region and be responsible in achieving the overall business targets (Leasing, Loans, Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans).
- Provide market feedback to the management on specific competitor activities and probable business opportunities.
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region, and developing and implementing business plans for the achievement of region's goals and objectives.
- Intimate, formulate, execute and drive business plans to accomplish credit sales, recoveries and administration of all branches in assigned region.
- Direct all marketing, sales promotions and operational activities of the region, including customer service and administration.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analysis and forward management information timely and accurately.
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps for team and recommend training and development programs in order to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
Job Requirement:
- Degree and/or professional qualifications (Full/Part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, and Credit Management would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of 05-08 years in the Banking or Finance Sector as a manager of a branch/Region with results-driven and customer focus attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive relationships.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Applicants who reside in western province and North eastern province are preferred.
