WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Suite Lanka has become one of the most loved boutique hotels on the south-west coast and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a committed assistant manager / senior steward to help us to drive high standards.
Our beautiful little hotel is in Thiranagama, at the quieter end of Narigama Beach, and the feedback from our guests shows that our staff is held in the highest regard. Much of your time will be spent as a senior steward in our two restaurants or bar. But as the no 3 in our hotel, you will be expected to make a major contribution in other areas, too, such as providing occasional office support or supervising the boutique standards in our rooms and other guest areas.
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled all-rounder with a commitment to high standards, a strong team ethic and an ability to manage junior staff. For the right person, this is a great opportunity for career development.
