Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle management calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision.
  • Schedule & coordinate meetings, prepare & communicate minutes, handle appointments, travel arrangements, Handle incoming calls/emails, and other correspondences
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of the facility.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, letters & other correspondences as and when required by the management.
  • Maintain confidential records, documents & other information.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Management & Departmental Heads

Qualifications

  • Female below 35 years of age
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, ethical conduct, professionalism will be given preference
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Sinhala & English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
