ENGINEER
Wire Harness Manufacturing
We are on the lookout for an engineer with extensive wire harness design, manufacturing and leadership experience. This is an incredible growth opportunity for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and oversee new product development and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Develop an optimize wire harness assembling process to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new processes and products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities and cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Should possess minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Wire Harness manufacturing.
- Proven experience in wire harness assembly processes and planning, preferably within the automotive or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, quality control, and production optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD and industry-specific software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under pressure. Applicant should be below 32 years of age.
