Responsibilities:
- Perform professional detailing services on pre-ordered vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
- Use polishing machines and other detailing tools to achieve the highest standards of vehicle appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Manage customer appointments and ensure timely completion of all detailing jobs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest detailing techniques and products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional auto detailing.
- Proficiency in using polishing machines and other detailing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage pre-order schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
