Manager - Modern Trade

One of our leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care Brand, invites applications for the position of Merchandising Manager, from aspiring marketing professionals in Sri Lanka

Responsibilities:
- Formulate Strategies and timely execution of the plans to achieve sales targets Implementation of customer business plans
- Manage consistency in customer head office visits and initiate, customer reviews
- Increase the distribution width & depth in Modern Trade
- Ensure a smooth payment process from all Customers
- Consistent monitoring of business KPIs and timely submission of updates to the management
- Establish Colour cosmetics with selected MT chains
- Timely execution of brand/product launches with the customers
Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications relevant Degree (CIM UK) / SLIM
- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in Modern Trade
- Experience in field team management in FMCG preferably related to Beauty
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
