Graduate Trainee - Product Development

SCOPE
As the Graduate Trainee - Product Development is responsible for execution of the sample development process (costing/sampling) for the assigned styles. This includes timely submission of costing, samples and T&A plans to maximize profitability in close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with team for developing full costings as per customer/category and PLM activities
- Plan development of the garment sample based on tech pack specifications, RM ordering, timelines, etc Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for costing/sample development and RM ordering as per customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers for costing/sampling/RM approvals, including documentation and handover requirements to the Bulk team
- Adhere to process implementations as per business requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing/Clothing Technology or any other relevant stream Ability to drive vision and change, be process oriented and drive results
- Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Attention to detail and a structured and disciplined work approach
