FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS (FP&A)
- Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business
- Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance
- Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
- Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, and use advanced analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives
- Lead the costing team by providing the guidance to improve the department efficiency
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, IT & Management or any other related discipline, with full qualification of an accounting body (CIMA/ACCA/ICASL/CFA, etc.)
- Possessing a Masters Degree would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with 1-2 years' experience in a managerial capacity in a reputed organization
- Ability to understand in Business Intelligence, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps would be advantageous
- Possess excellent communication skills, presentation skills and networking skills, while having business insight and strategic acumen
