Calling for Associate Project Manager cum Business Analyst. A pioneering diversified conglomerate and the market leader in the footwear industry invite applications from qualified, results oriented, self motivated and dynamic individuals for the above position.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis
- Experience in working in the retail sector is an added advantage
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, SFA, and POS Systems
- Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following domains: warehouse management, purchasing, finance, secondary sales, or retail sales operation
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects and proven ability to solve problems
- Expertise in applying project management methodologies through full project life cycle to perform project related activities such as scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk and issue reporting, regular status updates, etc.
- Expertise in dealing directly with business users and stakeholder with clear and concise communication
- Strong communication skills (Sinhala / English) with emphasis on interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and elicit business requirements by interviewing customers, stakeholders, reviewing existing business documentation, etc.
- Uncover areas for improvement by evaluating business processes
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Document existing processes and systems
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Work with technical teams
