COORDINATOR (FEMALE)
Job Role:
- Should be able to responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Besides, should be able to maintain a record of the client's details and communication.
- Should be able to handle customers' service agreements & spare parts quotations.
- Liaise with Engineering department for customer inquiries, repairs & spare parts requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Age below 25 years GCE A/L or Equivalent.
- A Pleasant Personality.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Fluent in English both verbal skills.
- Proactive approach to dealing with clients.
- Ability to work independently.
