Officer/ Executive- Gold Loans
Location: Island Wide
Job Profile
- Developing and maintaining a sound Gold Loan portfolio.
- Carrying out marketing activities to promote the Gold Loan product.
- Building up the customer base for Gold Loans.
- Understanding customer preferences and negotiating Gold Loan facilities while building up strong customer relationships. Conducting accurate valuations/Assaying of Jewelry submitted to obtain Gold Loans.
- Conducting all the Gold Loan related operational and functional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Gold Loan/ Pawning operations for Executive Grade (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Gold loan will be an added advantage for Officer Grade. Having necessary skills to distinguish gold and gold Jewelry from dud and fake Jewelry. Familiarity in gold testing methods, including the densimeter test and touch stone test.
- An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L. Ability to work under pressure.
