Job Summary:
The Operations Executive at The Cake Factory will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and team coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Assisting to oversee daily production operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Maintain effective communication among the management team and external stakeholders.
- Inventory and Supply Chain:
- Coordinate with the Store Management Team to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Track trends in inventory items, identify usage patterns, and usage discrepancies.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field from a recognized University.
- Sound knowledge in using Word processing, Spreadsheet tools & Data Visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Fresh graduates with prior internship experience are encouraged to apply.
