Seeking a Leader to Spearhead Our Strategic Domain.
Job Summary
- Lead the crafting, implementation, and monitoring of the company's Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Management to define and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage enterprise risks, ensuring that appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies/risk register and frameworks in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of strategic and risk management reports to the Corporate Management, Risk Management Committee and to the Board of Directors as required.
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and risk awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- MSc. in Strategic Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, or related roles in the private or public sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
