About the Company

Position: Executive - Recoveries
Location: Negombo
Job Role
- Manage the assigned debtor portfolio in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing industry best practices and strategies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to the defined norms and guidelines set by the company, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive towards monthly targets on collection and impairment, contributing to the overall collection target of the company.
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members to administer all recovery-related tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Executive grade and handled a similar job.
- Passed GCE O/L and GCE A/L.
- Basic understanding of the vehicle market.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Possess a valid riding license.
