HR INTERN

Location - Teejay Lanka PLC - Avissawella

We are looking for a young, energetic, and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as a front desk operator executing important administrative functions with excellence and quality.

Primary job role will be:

  • Creating a good first impression for visitors and guests visiting the premises
  • Handling all incoming calls and coordinating in a professional manner
  • Accepting letters/packages and distributing to respective parties
  • Attending to administrative functions as well when required
  • Attending to all front desk queries and contributing to company event organizing with a positive mind
  • Giving assistance in conducting training programs for Executive and Non-Executive Cadre
  • Giving assistance when conducting the company performance management cycle
  • Handling EPF/ETF related matters
  • Assisting the Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Process

The Person

  • Part/Full qualification in Business Management / Communication and Media studies/Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills with language proficiency in both English and Sinhala
  • Knowledge and experience in handling foreign travels, Visa procedures will be an added advantage
  • Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to cope with pressure
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Creativity, imagination, and initiative
