INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A/L and Equivalent Educational Qualification.
- Knowledge of Shipping relations, Customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in Shipping and logistic Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and transactions.
