Join our dynamic, global team and elevate your career. As our Human Resources Manager, you will be a strategic partner in driving innovative people-centric solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert HR advisory support to all levels of management, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and best practices
  • Spearheading the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and learning and development
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement innovative HR initiatives that foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing work culture
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR regulatory requirements, serving as the in-house subject matter expert
  • Analyzing HR data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Supporting the Global HR team in driving strategic HR priorities aligned with the overall business objectives

Job Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of HR experience at the managerial level
  • Strong background in HR generalist experience within a multi-national environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural setting
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant degrees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and local language
