HR EXECUTIVE (MALE)
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource functions in our Grip Delmege factory located in Mabima. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle the unique challenges of a factory setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee attendance, recruitment, onboarding, and training of factory staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the factory environment.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
- Develop and implementing employee engagement and retention programs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Serve as a liaison between Head Office HR department and Grip factory to address HR-related issues and concerns.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preference will be given to candidates within a 10-15 km radius from the factory.
