VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF Administration Clerk

ADELCO is a company that is specialized in flooring products, outdoor WPC decking and wall cladding products, and solar air conditioners catering to both residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Conduct research on potential clients and competitors, and provide insights to the sales team to help them develop effective sales strategies
  • Help the Sales team to achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
