ASSISTANT MANAGER- FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
(SRI LANKA, VIETNAM, INDONESIA)

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations in Vietnam to ensure smooth workflow and meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate inventory sheets and develop inventory control strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Foster effective relationships with suppliers and manage supplier development.
- Oversee existing product development and new product initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Sales department to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Financial Oversight:
- Utilize financial data to optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Monitor budgets and ensure departmental adherence.
- Collaborate with the finance team on financial forecasts and budgets.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification in ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum of 2 years as a finance professional.
- Candidates should be below 35 years old.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
