ASSISTANT MANAGER- FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

(SRI LANKA, VIETNAM, INDONESIA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations in Vietnam to ensure smooth workflow and meet organizational objectives.
    • Maintain accurate inventory sheets and develop inventory control strategies.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Foster effective relationships with suppliers and manage supplier development.
    • Oversee existing product development and new product initiatives.
    • Coordinate with the Sales department to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Utilize financial data to optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
    • Monitor budgets and ensure departmental adherence.
    • Collaborate with the finance team on financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential operational risks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification in ACCA or CIMA.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a finance professional.
  • Candidates should be below 35 years old.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
