The Role
- Planning & carrying out Preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Manage all day to day breakdown repairs effectively and act for minimize down time.
- Direct Technical team for daily operational and maintenance activities.
- Manage necessary spare parts for machines and refrigeration system.
- Coordinate all repairs and major services together with the technical team.
- Monitor machine OEE and improve the plant performance.
- Any other service assigned by the superiors as per the requirement of the plant.
The Candidate
- Candidate shall have followed at least a three-year technical course at a reputed engineering institute in Electrical or Mechatronic engineering.
- Shall have at least 4-6 years working experience in a manufacturing environment with good mechanical exposure.
- Needs hands-on experience in Repairing and over-hauling of machinery and exposure to systematic preventive maintenance programs.
- Experience with PLC based control systems of machines and their troubleshooting is essential.
- Exposure to Freezing equipment and cool rooms or the food manufacturing industry is considered as added advantage.
- Willing to work long hours or weekends based on the requirements.
