Our client is a shipping and logistics company in Sri Lanka. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and result-oriented individual to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively managing compensation and employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Overseeing leave and attendance to ensure accurate records and compliance with labor laws
  • Conducting comprehensive performance management to enhance employee productivity and achieve organizational goals
  • Handling all aspects of staff onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintaining robust HR systems and preparing detailed HR analytics for informed decision-making and strategic planning

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a similar capacity
  • Qualified in HRM from a recognized institute
  • Well-versed in labor laws and their practical application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
