RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively managing compensation and employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent
- Overseeing leave and attendance to ensure accurate records and compliance with labor laws
- Conducting comprehensive performance management to enhance employee productivity and achieve organizational goals
- Handling all aspects of staff onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintaining robust HR systems and preparing detailed HR analytics for informed decision-making and strategic planning
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a similar capacity
- Qualified in HRM from a recognized institute
- Well-versed in labor laws and their practical application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
